На стартовом экране нажмите кнопку «Сканировать» и наведите камеру на QR-код. Приложение авторизуется и привяжется к конкретному объекту.

После сканирования появится уведомление: «Для работы в offline-режиме будут загружены ваши данные из личного кабинета: отсканированные марки, остатки, справочники продукции и накладные. Размер данных — не более 100 МБ».

Нажмите «ОК». Запустится загрузка — на экране прогресс-бар (например, «1 из 7»). Дождитесь окончания.

После входа по умолчанию открывается вкладка «Пул вскрытых марок» — это функционал для ЕГАИС. Чтобы перейти к поступлениям ЭДО:

Нажмите три полоски в левом верхнем углу → боковое меню → выберите «Накладные ЭДО и ЧЗ».

При первом входе раздел пустой. Потяните вниз для загрузки — приложение подтянет все документы из ЭДО Барлайв за последние три месяца.

<strong>Дата «с» и «по»</strong> — можно задать период или конкретный день.<br>
<strong>Статус документа</strong> — множественный выбор (например, только «Новые»).

<strong>Как сканировать:</strong>

1. Нажмите кнопку со штрихкодом — откроется камера.<br>
2. Сканируйте все фактически прибывшие марки с физических упаковок.<br>
3. Если марка найдена в накладной — она окрасится зелёным, запустится счётчик сопоставлений: «1 из 1».<br>
4. Если марка не найдена — она останется не сопоставленной.

<strong>Как отменить приёмку.</strong> Вернитесь в окно приёмки, нажмите на три точки в углу и выберите <strong>«Отменить приёмку»</strong>. Процесс будет остановлен.

<strong>Как сканировать:</strong>

1. Нажмите кнопку со штрихкодом — откроется камера.<br>
2. Сканируйте все фактически прибывшие марки с физических упаковок.<br>
3. Если марка найдена в накладной — она окрасится зелёным, запустится счётчик сопоставлений: «1 из 1».<br>
4. Если марка не найдена — она останется не сопоставленной.

<strong>Как отменить приёмку.</strong> Вернитесь в окно приёмки, нажмите на три точки в углу и выберите <strong>«Отменить приёмку»</strong>. Процесс будет остановлен.
